NII workforce development serves as a hub for innovative training and upskilling programs designed to help individuals learn where you earn. By bringing training opportunities to our state-of-the-art facility in Tiverton, we aim to provide accessible, high-quality learning experiences right here in our community.

MAKE AN IMPACT ON
THE NEXT GENERATION

NII Energy Co-op

Jobs in Canada’s clean energy sector are predicted to grow nearly four times faster than the national average over the next decade. How do we answer this call? With creative ideas to engage and train future workforces.

In a traditional co-op, one student is placed at one employer for one term. At the NII Energy Co-op, students get the chance to experience the breadth of jobs in the energy industry, with hands-on training in nearly 30 different careers during the 17-week program.
